ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team based in the QV1 building located in the CBD, WA. This role will be a 12 month contract working 3 days per week. Reporting directly to thePayroll Team Lead, this position is responsible forprocessing the payroll in a timely manner and responding to payroll enquiries. DUTIES
- Receiveand check timesheets as provided by line managers
- Checking of payroll reports as well as reporting
- Assist with end-of-financial year processes in accordance with Single Touch Payroll (STP) requirements
- Maintain Sonic MyPay (iChris) system, including employee records and payroll parameters
- General administration support to the pay office
- Assist with maintenance of personal e-files CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Three to five years’ experience in office administration




- Two to threeyears’ payroll experience
- Previous experience using iChris and Kronos will be an advantage WHY JOIN US?
