Experienced Senior Project Manager required to lead commercial construction projects across Adelaide/n Your new company /n An established commercial construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Adelaide team.
This is a senior delivery role suited to a proven construction professional with robust commercial acumen, leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing commercial building projects from pre-construction through to completion. Your new role /n /n
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects. /n
- Manage project budgets, programs, procurement and contractual requirements. /n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. /n
- Lead project teams and coordinate key stakeholders throughout delivery. /n
- Identify and manage commercial, programme and delivery risks. /n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. /n /n





What you'll need
to succeed /n /n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within commercial construction. /n
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, programming and project financials. /n
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and consultants. /n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. /n
- Commercially astute with strong communication and leadership capability. /n
