Key Responsibilities
/n Accountable for end‑to‑end delivery outcomes across ANZ, ensuring solutions meet agreed business objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standards /n /n
- /n Lead planning, execution, and delivery activities across business and technology workstreams /n
- /n Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, testing, and operational readiness /n
- /n Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and inter‑market impacts,

- /n Coordinate SMEs, delivery partners, and vendors to achieve integrated outcomes /n /n /n Ideal Skills &

Experience:
/n /n
- /n 5+years' experience leading complex business or technology initiatives across large Organisation /n
- /n Strong understanding of end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, including requirements, build, test, and implementation /n
- /n Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior business owner and decision‑maker /n
- /n Experience working within formal governance, assurance, and regulatory frameworks /n
- /n Robust stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior business and technology leaders /n
- /n Excellent planning, coordination, and delivery management capabilities /n
