Job Description
/n /n We're seeking Registered Nurses interested in working in Aged Care facilities across the Northern Beaches, including:/n /n /n
- Avalon. /n
- Mona Vale. /n
- Terrey Hills. /n /n /n /n /n /n Typical Shifts Available Are:/n /n /n
- Morning: 6/7am – 2/3pm. /n
- Afternoon: 2pm – 9/10pm. /n
- Night: 9pm
- 6/7am. /n /n /n /n /n /n Required

Qualifications:
/n /n /n
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse. /n
- First Aid and CPR certificates. /n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain). /n /n /n /n /n /n About You:/n /n /n
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. /n
- Ability to work independently in the community. /n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /n
- Experience in community, aged care, disability, or primary health care is highly regarded. /n
- Current driver's license and own vehicle desirable. /n /n /n /n /n /n Qualifications &

Experience:
/n /n /n
- Bachelor of Nursing and a minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Registered Nurse. /n
- Previous experience in a Community RN role. /n
- Experience in nasogastric tube care, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, medication management, wound care, suctioning, and feeding machines. /n
- Ability to provide comprehensive and coordinated nursing services in the general practice setting. /n




- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team with highly developed communication skills. /n
- Demonstrated experience in Aged Care or Community Services. /n /n /n /n /n /n
