/n Senior Project Engineer – High Rise Residential/n /n /n I am working with a highly regarded property development and construction business who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Project Engineer into their Brisbane team./n /n /n With a strong presence across the Queensland property market, this business specialises in the development and delivery of high-quality residential projects. Taking a hands-on approach to both development and construction, they are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from land acquisition and feasibility through to design, pre-construction and project delivery./n /n /n With a strong pipeline of exciting multi-storey residential developments, they are looking to bring someone on board who can play an important role in the successful delivery of their upcoming projects./n /n /n You will be working closely with the wider project team, taking ownership of key engineering and coordination responsibilities across high-rise residential developments, with involvement extending into the pre-construction phase./n /n The Role:/n /n /n
- Managing technical aspects of multi-storey residential construction projects. /n
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and design documentation. /n
- Reviewing drawings,



specifications and resolving design discrepancies. /n
- Assisting with construction planning, programming and procurement. /n
- Working closely with the project team throughout pre-construction and delivery. /n
- Managing QA, ITPs, technical submissions and ensuring compliance with project requirements. /n About You:/n /n /n
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within commercial construction. /n
- A strong background delivering multi-storey residential projects. /n
- Previous pre-construction experience, including design coordination, buildability reviews and procurement. /n
- Solid technical knowledge and an understanding of construction methodologies. /n
- The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes. /n
