/n Love people, style and premium service? /n /n /n /n /n Join a growing luxury custom-suiting brand in its beautifully presented Williamstown showroom, where you'll work one-on-one with clients to create suits that look and feel exceptional./n /n /n /n /n This is a consultative customer-facing role
- you'll meet clients who have already expressed an interest in custom suiting, understand what they're looking for, guide them through fabrics and design choices, and build a relationship that lasts well beyond the first appointment./n /n /n /n /n You don't need to be a tailor or custom-suiting expert. We're looking for someone naturally confident with people, commercially minded and passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience./n /n /n /n /n

What you'll do
/n /n
- Meet with clients for one-to-one custom-suiting consultations, understanding their style, occasion and needs /n
- Guide clients through fabrics, colours, fits and design options to create a suit that's uniquely theirs /n
- Build genuine relationships with grooms, wedding parties, professionals and business clients /n
- Manage the customer journey from the initial consultation through measurements, orders, follow-ups and final fitting /n
- Provide a polished, warm and memorable showroom experience without the hard-sell approach /n
- Keep the showroom beautifully presented, including steaming garments, styling displays and presenting new stock /n
- Work closely with the wider team and workshop to ensure every order is delivered to a high standard /n Why you'll love it/n /n
- $65,000-$68,000 base salary + superannuation /n
- Uncapped commission on top of your base, with a structure designed to be genuinely rewarding and achievable /n
- Warm leads and booked appointments provided — no cold calling or chasing strangers /n

- Full training in the custom-suiting process and products provided /n Who you are /n /n We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people./n /n /n /n /n You might come from luxury retail, fashion, bridal, jewellery, sales, customer service or another premium customer-facing environment. What matters most is your personality, presentation and ability to make clients feel comfortable and well looked after./n /n /n /n /n You'll ideally be:/n /n /n /n
- Warm, confident and naturally personable /n
- A strong communicator who enjoys getting to know different types of people /n
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving results /n
- Passionate about fashion, style and premium products /n
- Impeccably presented and comfortable working in a luxury environment /n
- Organised and detail-oriented, particularly when managing customer orders and follow-ups /n
- A reliable team player looking to build a long-term career /n Experience in menswear, fashion or custom suiting would be highly regarded, but it isn't essential. If you're great with people and have the right attitude, we'll teach you the custom-suiting craft./n /n /n /n /n A driver's licence and access to a vehicle is required for occasional short trips to the nearby workshop./n /n /n /n /n Ready for a role tailored to you?
