Help build the future of Australian market operations/n We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech that's entering an exciting phase of growth.. /n The business is entering an exciting phase of growth in Australia, bringing key market operations in-house and building the foundations to support its continued expansion. /n We're looking for an experienced Market Operations Associate who understands the Australian share market and enjoys getting into the detail of settlements, reconciliations and CHESS operations. /n This is an opportunity to join a growing team, take ownership of critical day-to-day workflows and help establish the processes and controls that will support the business as it scales. What you'll be doing/n /n
- Play a key role in building out the Australian market operations function as the business achieves critical milestones. /n
- Take ownership of ASX settlements, CHESS processing, reconciliations and corporate actions. /n
- Work across the full settlement lifecycle, resolving exceptions and keeping day-to-day trading operations running smoothly. /n
- Help establish the processes, controls and workflows that will support the next phase of growth. /n
- Bring fresh ideas to improve how things are done, from reducing manual processes to introducing smarter automation. /n
- Work alongside experienced operations professionals, becoming a go-to person for complex operational challenges and sharing your expertise across the team.



/n What we're looking for/n /n
- Experience in Australian market operations, ideally within a stockbroking, investment platform, custody or financial services environment. /n
- Strong working knowledge of CHESS, including settlements, HIN management, corporate actions and reconciliation processes. /n
- Experience handling settlement exceptions and understanding how transactions move through the ASX settlement lifecycle. /n
- Exposure to SecuritEase would be highly regarded. /n
- Someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys solving operational problems and is comfortable improving processes rather than simply following them. /n /n Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership of their work and wants to contribute to building a strong Australian operations function.
