Infinite Aged Care Cornubia is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor to join our supportive team. This role offers Monday to Friday with afternoon shifts (2:00pm–10:00pm), enabling you to drive high‑quality resident care and build a capable clinical team. You will lead care delivery, mentor RNs/ENs/PCWs, coordinate with GPs and allied health, and ensure documentation and audits meet Aged Care Quality Standards in a not‑for‑profit setting.
