This is an opportunity to work on large-scale ServiceNow initiatives, influence solution design, and help shape the direction of the platform.
Location:
Sydney or Canberra Security Clearance: NV1 required What you'll be doing
- Designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Working across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules
- Building workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Developing integrations through REST and SOAP APIs
- Driving CMDB governance and platform best practice
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers
- Working closely with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges What you'll bring
- 8+ years of ServiceNow development and platform experience
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Strong CMDB and integration experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications
