Our client, a manufacturing business based in Perth's Northern suburbs, has an immediate opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team. /n This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys the full spectrum of level 1/2 support — from device deployment through to day-to-day user support. /n

About the Role
/n You'll provide Level 1/2 Service Desk support to the business, with responsibilities spanning device imaging and deployment, mobile device management, and Active Directory user account administration, alongside general troubleshooting and support requests. /n Essential Skills & Experience /n /n
- PC imaging and device deployment /n
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) /n
- Active Directory – setting up and managing user accounts /n




- Level 1 Service Desk support experience /n
- Working knowledge of Windows and M365 /n
