Join our friendly and supportive team in Campbelltown as a Contact Centre Agent. This is a full-time role, offering shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.15am – 5.15pm.
As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls for bookings promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
✅ A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.
✅ Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
✅ Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients,
drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
✅ Experience in a contact centre environment is preferred, however, we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
