Based in Cairns, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, working with clients and keeping programs on track.
Your current role
As Program Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating client projects and maintenance programs from planning through to delivery and handover.You will:

- Coordinate projects, maintenance programs and key stakeholders
- Track budgets, expenditure and delivery timeframes
- Liaise closely with clients and build strong working relationships
- Assist with scopes of work and project estimates
- Provide advice around construction, maintenance and asset management requirements
- Support safe and compliant project delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve services and client outcomes

What you'll need to succeed




We're looking for someone with robust experience across project coordination, program delivery, construction, maintenance or asset management.You'll also need:

- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing budgets, deadlines and competing priorities
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
