Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the firm's Finance Disputes & Recoveries practice in Sydney. You will work directly with institutional clients and take responsibility for the progression of matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice across a varied finance litigation practice. Your work will include:
- 3+PQE
- Experience in mortgage enforcement, finance litigation,
recoveries or debt recovery
- Strong knowledge of relevant court processes and enforcement procedures
- Experience managing matters with a good level of autonomy
- Strong drafting and technical legal skills
- Commercially focused problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
- Confidence dealing directly with sophisticated institutional clients
