Your New Role
As Principal ProgramManager, you will provide strategic leadership across major transport andinfrastructure programs, ensuring effective governance, prioritisation,performance and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading complex transport and infrastructure programs and program teams
- Developing and prioritising rolling programs of works
- Managing governance, budgets, performance and benefits realisation
- Providing strategic and technical advice to senior stakeholders
- Managing risks and emerging program issues
- Representing programs across steering committees and governance forums
- Building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

What You'll Need to Succeed





- Extensive program management experience within transport or infrastructure
- Strong leadership and program governance capability
- Experience managing significant budgets, risks and performance
- Solid strategic planning and technical advisory skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage complex or sensitive issues
