The organisation is undertaking significant technology and business transformation across customer experience, platforms and regulatory initiatives.
Your new role
As Test Manager, you will play a key role across multiple concurrent transformation projects, providing the specialised testing capability across the program and working closely with project, business analysis and technology teams.
The portfolio includes a Connections Platform Project, a regulatory Life Support Project, and Contact Centre as a Service, with the latter two involving significant systems, process and customer-facing change.

You will be responsible for establishing and coordinating the testing approach across these initiatives, ensuring applications, integrations, data and business processes are thoroughly validated as solutions progress through delivery.
What you'll need to succeed




Strong experience as a Test Manager across complex technology transformation programsExperience managing testing across multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
Robust understanding of systems, applications and integration testing
Experience coordinating end-to-end testing across interconnected business systems
Ability to work closely with business analysts, project managers, technical teams and business stakeholders
Strong planning, governance, coordination and stakeholder management skills
Experience within utilities, energy, critical infrastructure or other complex enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
Exposure to customer platforms, contact centre, CRM or regulatory transformation programs would be advantageous.
