New Porgera Limited is seeking a seasoned Processing Superintendent to lead and optimize the Porgera Mine’s processing operations. Reporting to the Alternate Manager - Processing, you will shape strategies to enhance gold recovery and plant performance in a large-scale operation.

You will formulate operating plans and budgets, coordinate across Processing Plant, Lab and Metallurgy, and design a competency-based training program for the team. A robust safety leadership track record is essential.
