Sales Representative – Luxury Yacht Sales | Australia

The Opportunity

We are searching for an outstanding sales professional to develop the Australian market for a globally recognised luxury yacht builder.

The business is looking beyond traditional yacht sales backgrounds.

We want to speak with commercially exceptional people who have a proven ability to create high-value opportunities, build trusted relationships with wealthy clients and convert those relationships into business.

You may currently work within yachting, private aviation, prestige property, luxury automotive, wealth management, art, luxury hospitality or another high-value sector.

The industry matters less than the results you have achieved.

This position offers significant autonomy and will suit someone entrepreneurial, highly relationship-driven and comfortable taking ownership of a market.

Your Role

You will be responsible for developing yacht sales and growing the brand's commercial presence throughout Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Generating and converting new yacht sales opportunities.
- Building a strong pipeline of HNW and UHNW prospective buyers.
- Developing opportunities through your own network, referrals and new relationships.
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract.
- Building and supporting a network of yacht brokers and agents across Australia.
- Creating strategic relationships with relevant luxury-sector intermediaries.
- Maintaining long‑term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Representing the brand at Australian boat shows, exhibitions and private events.
- Attending client meetings, yacht presentations and sea trials.
- Working closely with international sales and marketing teams.




- Travelling nationally and internationally when commercially required.

Who We Are Looking For

Above all, we are looking for evidence of exceptional commercial performance.

You should be able to demonstrate:

- A strong record of success within high-value sales or business development.
- Personally originated deals rather than purely inherited accounts or inbound enquiries.
- Experience developing long‑term relationships with affluent or UHNW clients.
- The ability to generate opportunities through networking, introductions and proactive business development.
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation ability.
- Confidence operating independently and taking ownership of results.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to travel proactively to meet clients face‑to‑face.

Previous yacht sales experience is not essential.

Candidates from sectors including private aviation, luxury real estate, premium automotive, private wealth, family‑office networks, luxury goods and other UHNW-facing industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
