Zurich Australia is seeking a Head of Design to lead a multidisciplinary team shaping a leading digital insurer. This 12-month parental leave contract sits in our Consumer Channel & Capability team, starting before Christmas, with AI-enabled design governance and measurable customer outcomes.

You will partner with executives to set experience strategy, drive enterprise transformation, and foster growth across design ops, UX/UI, service design and product design in a hybrid working model.
