Gema Group is seeking a Head of IT to be the company’s first dedicated technology leader. You will shape and execute the technology roadmap across national venues, stadia, aviation lounges, and greenfield events, enabling scalable operations and premium customer experiences.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement and Venue teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, manage core systems, and drive cybersecurity and disaster recovery across a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
