- Work for a leader in the retail & shopping centre management space An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Manager to take the lead at a well-established shopping centre located in Perth’s northern suburbs. This is a hands on leadership role overseeing the day-to-day operations, retailer relationships, financial performance and presentation of a busy sub-regional centre. The Opportunity
- Lead the day-to-day management of a well-established NOR shopping centre
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, stakeholders and the wider community
- Oversee centre operations, facilities, compliance, risk management and presentation
- Manage centre budgets, operating expenditure and service contracts
- Work closely with asset management, leasing and marketing teams to drive centre performance
- Oversee capital works, maintenance and improvement projects
- Provide leadership and direction to the centre management team

You will ideally bring:
- Previous Centre Management experience within a retail or shopping centre environment
- Strong retailer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of retail operations, facilities, compliance and OH&S;
- Strong financial and budget management capability
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
