HCA Youth, in partnership with Energetic Community Care, is seeking compassionate Residential Youth Workers to support children and young people in out-of-home care across residential, community access, outreach and family contact settings.

You will work with a trauma-informed approach, assist with daily living, transport, health needs and behavioural support, with rosters that provide stability in a casual environment and access to supervision and wellbeing resources.
