Labourforce is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment and workforce coordination at a busy distribution centre in Kewdale, WA. You’ll own end-to-end sourcing, onboarding, attendance, and retention, partnering with site leadership to meet daily targets.

This role suits a proactive recruiter with strong stakeholder management, WHS and rostering knowledge, and a passion for improving service delivery in a quick-paced logistics environment.
