Rydges Palmerston Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Casual Chef to join Madame Za Restaurant. You will cook high-quality steak and wok dishes, support all kitchen sections, and help with functions and event catering in a busy, rapid-paced environment.
Working under an International Executive Chef, you’ll gain experience across Modern Asian cuisine, à la carte service, and bulk preparation, while upholding hygiene standards and contributing to menu development.
