Aurec Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Desk Analyst - Level 1 to support travel bookings and supplier confirmations. This full time, remote role welcomes applicants nationwide in Australia and requires strong coordination and communication skills.

You will handle booking updates, assist travel agents by email, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues to the Reservations team as needed. Experience in administration or customer service helps, and knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
