- Supervision of junior doctors is a requirement of this role
- Travel, accommodation + car hire provided.

The local hospital is a regional facility with approximately 50–60 beds, providing emergency, acute inpatient, maternity, and primary healthcare services, with 24/7 coverage for the Eyre Peninsula region.
