As our Finance Business Partner, you'll be the commercial brains behind our growing retail channel, partnering with Retail leaders to turn numbers into action. From channel performance and store-level profitability to forecasting and inventory investment, you'll uncover insights, challenge thinking and help us make smarter business decisions. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of LSKD Retail and driving our next phase of growth.

How you'll make an impact...

- Develop and bring to life comprehensive financial strategies for our retail channel.
- Conduct thorough analysis of retail financial data — including sales performance, margins, foot traffic, and channel mix — to identify trends and share opportunities and potential risks with our teams.
- Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis to track retail channel performance against budget, targets, and key commercial milestones.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance of our teams and brand and drive business growth.
- Visit retail storesin different regions to understand the community, location and operations to provide a finance lens to store leaders.




- Partner with the retail teams to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with teams across the brand to understand business needs and priorities.
- Partner with the Retail team to evaluate new store opportunities, channel expansions, and promotional investments, providing financial modelling and ROI analysis to support decision making.
- Monitor retail-specific KPIs including same-store sales, average transaction value, sell-through rates, and inventory turns, providing regular performance commentary to the business.
- Serve as a trusted “go-to” to department leaders, providing financial guidance and support in achieving their objectives.
- Monitor and assess financial risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.

What you'll bring to the role...

- Experience in business partnership roles roles.
- Strong understanding of financial principles.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts and strategies to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.




- Experience in the retail of apparel industry is preferred but not required.
- You're a strong relationship builder with a people-first approach.
