We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Hunter to join a growing business in Sydney. This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role suited to someone who enjoys being out in the market, finding new business and building a strong customer base.

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying and approaching prospective customers through to negotiating and closing new business. This is not a desk-based account management role – the focus is firmly on winning new clients and creating new revenue opportunities.

1.2 Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and pursue current business opportunities across Sydney.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
- Develop an understanding of customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions.




- Consistently work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM records.

1.3 What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in a new business sales or BDM role.
- A strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business.
- Confident conducting face-to-face meetings and engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and generating your own leads.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based position.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence.
