Applejack Hospitality Group in Sydney is seeking a full time chef to lead a kitchen section (larder, grill or pans) and ensure the station is stocked and ready for busy services.
You will work in a close-knit team with strong technical skills in modern Bistro fare, and handle all kitchen sections with responsibility. Experience in high-volume environments and A La Carte service is essential; rostered shifts are full-time.
