splose is seeking a senior legal skilled to own the legal function as the first dedicated resource. You’ll advise executives, build scalable governance frameworks, and partner with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to enable growth in Australia, the UK and beyond.
You’ll draft and negotiate SaaS and enterprise contracts, navigate privacy and healthcare regulations, manage data protection, and oversee IP and corporate transactions, while balancing risk with commercial momentum.
