Trade Assistant

to support our Service Technicians in our busy Service Centre. You'll play a key role in keeping our workshop running smoothly — assisting with the disassembly and assembly of customer products, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and helping ensure every job is completed safely and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who's looking to build hands-on experience and grow their skills in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities & Duties





Disassembling and assembling customer products under the guidance and supervision of qualified technicians General cleaning of parts and workshop area Painting and final assembly of products Packing and preparing products for shipment Assisting Service Technicians with other repairs and servicing of products Operating plant and equipment, e.g. overhead crane and forklift Ensuring all company and WHS procedures are followed at all times What We're Looking For

General mechanical experience required Forklift licence preferred Previous experience operating an overhead crane preferred A strong commitment to workplace health and safety A reliable, hands-on team player with a good work ethic This is a outstanding opportunity to be part of an enviable business who are known for the large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
