Butcher and Vine Hampton is seeking an experienced

Cook

to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis

We are looking for a friendly cook who can deliver under time constraints

Looking for someone to work 2-3 nights per week from 5-10pm.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking dishes

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workstations

Following food preparation procedures to ensure consistency in quality and presentation across all dishes

Collaborating with kitchen staff and head chef to ensure timely and accurate meal service during service periods

What we're looking for

Experience working as a Cook in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or cafe setting

Solid understanding of food safety practices, hygiene standards and cross-contamination prevention

Proficiency in using standard kitchen equipment and tools safely and effectively

Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods whilst maintaining quality standards

Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to take direction from senior kitchen staff
