Fluence is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on BESS and associated HV/MV/LV systems across project sites in Australia. You will troubleshoot complex issues, conduct HV switching, and maintain rigorous safety and documentation standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in energy or battery storage, an A-Class Electrician license, and solid collaboration skills.
