Walker Street Doctors is seeking an experienced VR GP who wants genuine clinical autonomy within a highly supportive, high-performing private practice.

We are looking for more than someone to occupy a consulting room. We want a GP who builds longitudinal relationships, takes ownership of follow-up, closes the loop on results and referrals, contributes positively to culture and understands the balance between compassionate medicine and sustainable private practice.

At Walker Street Doctors, you will have: 20-minute appointments and three patients per hour genuine input into your working sessions and leave no squeeze-ins excellent nursing, administrative and billing support sophisticated systems and technology support to develop your clinical interests monthly performance insights and practical growth support a collegiate team that shares the load leadership invested in helping you build your long-term practice
