Are you a plaintiff personal injury lawyer looking for a role where you can focus on achieving excellent client outcomes without managing an excessive caseload?
We're working with one of Brisbane's most respected boutique plaintiff firms, looking to appoint a personal injury lawyer with approximately 2–10 years' PAE to its established northside team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys plaintiff work but wants to focus on quality client outcomes rather than excessive file numbers.
The role:
The role has a strong motor vehicle accident (MVA/CTP) focus, alongside some WorkCover, public liability and other personal injury matters.
Importantly, typical caseloads sit at around 40 files, allowing lawyers to properly prepare claims, build strong client relationships and achieve excellent outcomes. You will:
- Manage MVA/CTP and other plaintiff personal injury claims.
- Take ownership of your matters, with autonomy appropriate to your experience.
- Work closely with highly regarded Partners who remain actively involved in mentoring and supporting their lawyers.
- Develop your technical skills and progress your career within an established boutique practice.
About you
You'll ideally bring:
- 2–15 years' PAE in personal injury law.
- Plaintiff PI experience, ideally including MVA/CTP claims.
- Robust client relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
- A practical approach and genuine commitment to achieving good client outcomes.
