The role:
Working directly with former top-tier Corporate Partners, you'll enjoy significant autonomy and client contact across:

- Private M&A;, acquisitions and disposals
- Business and share sale transactions
- Bespoke commercial agreements and negotiations
- Shareholder and unitholder agreements
- Corporate structuring and commercial advisory work

The firm regularly acts opposite major national firms on sophisticated transactions, offering quality work and genuine responsibility without needing to move to Brisbane.

About you
You'll ideally bring:

- 5-10+ years' PAE in corporate/commercial law.
- Strong M&A; and transactional experience, including bespoke drafting and negotiation.
- Confidence managing matters and advising clients with appropriate autonomy.




- An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.
