We're working with a highly regarded Brisbane commercial litigation practice looking to appoint a talented lawyer to its established team.

The work
You'll be involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including:
- Contractual, business and shareholder disputes.
- Corporate and insolvency-related litigation.
- Property and construction disputes.
- Debt recovery, enforcement and securities disputes.
- Court proceedings, mediations and commercial dispute resolution.
You'll enjoy direct client contact, involvement in litigation strategy and the opportunity to manage matters with autonomy appropriate to your experience.
About you
You'll ideally bring:
- 3–15+ years' PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
- Strong drafting, analytical and litigation skills.
- Experience managing disputes and advising clients, appropriate to your level.
- A practical, commercially minded approach and a genuine interest in developing your career.
