Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a leading Sydney volume home builder to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor across its South West patch, covering estates around Oran Park, Leppington, Gregory Hills and surrounds.
The role runs 15–20 homes at a time from slab through to handover. Trades are allocated by a dedicated allocations team, so the focus is on programme, quality, client communication and closing out items. It’s a structured, process-driven business with a training-led approach, and there are no area managers, so supervisors are developed and promoted from within. It’s a genuine pathway to Construction Manager for someone who wants to stay and grow.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing 15–20 homes concurrently, slab to handover
- Coordinating allocated trades to programme
- Controlling quality and closing out defects and open items
- Keeping clients updated with clear, regular communication
- Keeping sites protected,

presentable and compliant

What they’re looking for

- Cert III in Carpentry, completed through an apprenticeship
- Cert IV in Building & Construction (or currently completing it)
- Volume or project home supervision experience
- Working knowledge of NCC/BCA and WHS requirements
- An organised, follow-up mindset: see it, action it, close it out
- A stable work history and genuine long-term career ambition

What’s included

- $110k–$130k plus super, with scope to grow as you prove yourself
- Fully maintained vehicle, fuel card and e-tag
- Phone, tablet and uniform
- Paid training and a clear pathway to Construction Manager
- A stable, high-volume pipeline of work
