Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for other ‘similar’ vacancies within DOH and/or the wider WA public sector. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile

Undertakes a range of project support activities including fact finding, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the:

- Ethical review of human research applications by human research ethics committees in line with the WA Health Research Governance Mandatory Policy and the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research
- Development and delivery of projects in line with established project plans for the enhancement of health and medical research and innovation in Western Australia.
