MCA Engineering is seeking an experienced hands-on Supervisor to lead crews across structural, mechanical, piping and FRP projects on mining and industrial sites. The role involves in office leadership, working across surface and underground environments with regular travel throughout NSW, QLD, and interstate as applicable.

Based in Thornton NSW, the role requires leading by example, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time with high quality.
