Pacific National is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to manage a state-based team delivering exceptional service for Australia’s essential rail freight network. You will coordinate bookings, communications and freight services, ensuring safety and efficiency while collaborating with Operations, Planning and Commercial.
You will lead, coach and develop Customer Service Officers, manage escalations and drive continuous improvement, reporting to the Customer Service Principal.
