The role involves promoting and selling residential properties, new developments, and investment opportunities to both local and international clients.
Key responsibilities
Promote and sell residential properties and new developments
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Follow up on enquiries and identify potential buyers
Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client consultations
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
Stay informed about property market trends and development opportunities
About you
Motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team
Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage,
but no experience is required for candidates willing to learn
A valid Queensland real estate registration or licence, or willingness to obtain the required qualification
