Ikigai Ramen in Canberra is seeking a skilled chef to join our busy, high-volume kitchen. You will plan and cook ramen and menu items to our recipes, train junior staff and help manage costs and stock.
Ideal candidates have at least two years as a chef, a Food Safety knowledge and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Japanese cuisine experience is a bonus but not required; we value reliability and teamwork in a locally owned restaurant.
