in a friendly, supportive workplace. Convenient Bulimba location , close to Brisbane CBD. THE ROLE: Lead the leasing department and oversee the Leasing Consultant. Manage the end-to-end residential leasing process. Handle rental enquiries and conduct tenant viewings.
Provide landlords with leasing feedback and rental reviews. Launch properties online and manage rental advertising. Build solid landlord and tenant relationships. Ensure properties are presented at their best. Work closely with the BDM and Property Management teams. THE CANDIDATE: Previous residential leasing experience. Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate. Valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. Inspect Real Estate experience; PropertyMe preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Organised, proactive and detail-focused. Target-driven with a positive attitude. Strong local area knowledge.
