Your recent company We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a busy, fast-paced team based in Brisbane CBD for an initial 12-week contract. Your new role Working as part of an established recruitment team, you'll support high-volume recruitment activity across a range of roles.
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting high-volume candidate interviews Screening and assessing resumes and applications Managing candidates through the recruitment process Maintaining accurate candidate information within an ATS Liaising with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Influencing and communicating confidently with leaders Supporting recruitment administration and coordination as required Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Advisor,
Talent Acquisition or similar role Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume recruitment environment Strong interviewing and resume screening capability Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with leaders The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach What you'll get in return This is a great opportunity to step into a 12-week contract within an established team and make an immediate impact.
