Busways seeks an experienced Workshop Supervisor at the Willoughby depot to lead a skilled workshop team in maintaining our fleet. You will coordinate rosters, supervise maintenance and warranty activities, and ensure WHS compliance while guiding apprentices and staff.

We offer a competitive package with a total gross salary up to AUD 125,000 plus vehicle or vehicle allowance, plus in-house leadership training and career progression opportunities within a supportive, team-focused setting.
