Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a major mining operator in Western Australia to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineer to support ongoing operations and project activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable and highly organised professional who can communicate confidently in both Chinese and English, coordinate with key stakeholders and contribute to the successful delivery of engineering activities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced mining environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide electrical engineering and technical support across operational and project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
- Assist with project planning, documentation, reporting and coordination.
- Utilise SAP, Microsoft Office and other relevant systems to maintain accurate records and support operational activities.
- Ensure engineering activities align with relevant safety, quality and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.





About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

- Degree or recognised professional qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English - essential.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and other commonly used business software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary workplace.

Highly Regarded:

- Previous electrical engineering experience within the mining or resources sector.
- Demonstrated experience supporting engineering projects from planning through to execution.
- Exposure to large-scale industrial or mining operations.
