About the role As part of our Trinity team, you will:

Create engaging, meaningful and fun learning experiences for children

Build warm, nurturing and trusting relationships with children and families

Support children's learning, development and wellbeing

Work collaboratively with fellow educators to create a positive learning environment

Contribute to the daily routines and smooth operation of the centre

Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a positive attitude to each day

About you We are looking for someone who brings more than just qualifications — someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and being part of a team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)

A genuine passion for working with children

A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Confidence in supporting children's learning and daily routines

A willingness to help, take initiative and support colleagues

Reliability, kindness and a strong work ethic

A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencing)
