Location: South of River (SoR), Perth WA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full project lifecycles from pre-contract and tender support through to handover.
- Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, variations, and progress claims.
- Lead project delivery ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental systems.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, project engineers, and site delivery teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client leads and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies to protect margins.

What You'll Bring:

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in civil construction or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated track record delivering airport and/or defense infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, cost control expertise, and contract administration skills.




- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent trade background).
- Australian Citizenship or eligibility for Australian Defense clearance.
- Valid Driver's License and clear communication skills.
