With several new high-profile jobs recently secured, they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Manager and Legal Counsel to join their team.

1. Contracts Manager | $140K–$180K + Super

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager who enjoys the commercial side of construction and wants greater involvement in key project and business decisions.

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience in construction contracts, subcontract negotiations and commercial risk management.
- Background working with construction contractors or subcontractors, ideally within façades, glazing or related trades.
- Sound understanding of D&C; contracts, departures tables, special conditions and contractual risk.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, identify commercial risks and work closely with project teams and senior management.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and communication skills.
- Qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law or a related discipline highly regarded.

2. Legal Counsel | $150K–$200K + Super

A fantastic opportunity for a construction lawyer looking to move in-house or an experienced Legal Counsel seeking greater autonomy, direct access to decision-makers and involvement in major construction projects.

What we're looking for:

- Admitted Australian legal practitioner with 3–5 years' post-admission experience (PQE).
- Current practising certificate permitting unsupervised in-house practice.
- Strong experience in front-end construction law,



particularly drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and subcontracts.
- Experience in private practice or in-house within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
- Ability to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice and manage contractual risks.
- Confidence working directly with senior management, project teams and external legal advisers.
