The Role

Reporting directly to the owner, you will lead and develop the team, manage functions and events, drive financial performance, and ensure smooth operational delivery. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced hospitality skilled who enjoys balancing guest experience, team development, and commercial success.

- Proven experience managing a restaurant, venue, or comparable hospitality operation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Sound understanding of labour costs, wages, stock control, sales, and profitability
- Experience managing functions, events, and customer service standards
- Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
